WireMasters does not have any formal cut-off times. Whenever possible, we push to ship everything same day.

A product that is QPL approved is listed on the appropriate Qualified Products List. The QPL is a product specification developed by the federal government. A QPL has the names of companies that produce standard products.

Electronic commerce, commonly known as e-commerce, is a type of industry where the buying and selling of products or services is conducted over electronic systems such as the Internet and other computer networks. Upon registering for a WireMasters account, you will be given a username and password that will provide purchase history, tracking information, and stock quantities of our products.

On the wiremasters.de homepage, hover over "My WM Account" in the top right hand corner and select "Create New Company Account." Once you are redirected to the request an account page please complete the online registration form. Someone will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to activate your account.

WireMasters strives to answer all calls during business hours with a live operator. In the case of all phone lines being busy, you can access our directory through our automated telephone service.

WireMasters currently has multiple locations. Our headquarters is located in Columbia, Tennessee.
